2024 American Society for Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons and the American Society for Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery.  The Congress of Neurological Surgeons is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

 CME/CE & ATTENDANCE HOURS CLAIMING INSTRUCTIONS:

Please note there are no sessions to claim credit for on 5/31 and 6/5

1. LOG-IN:
   1. Click the “CLAIM CME NOW" button at the bottom of the page.
   2. You will be prompted to log in with the username and password for the cns.org website.
   3. Click the “forgot password” link on the log-in page to reset your password for the site.
2. CLAIM CME/CE CREDIT OR ATTENDANCE HOURS 
   1. On the claiming page, click the blue “Begin” button at the bottom right side.
   2. Click the drop-down box for each session attended and select the number of credits/hours you want to claim.
   3.  For ticketed sessions
      1. If applicable, click the blue “Evaluation” button  FIRST  to complete the individual course evaluation, then you will be able to claim credit for that session.
   4. Click the blue “Next” button to move forward or the blue “Previous” button to return to another page.
3. GENERAL MEETING EVALUATION
   1. The General Evaluation” MUST be completed as a part of the CME/CE claiming process.  Note: The red asterisk denotes the required fields
   2. Click “Save and Continue” when the evaluation is complete
4. REVIEW SUMMARY AND CME/CE CERTIFICATE
   1. You will automatically be taken to the “Summary” page to view all credit claims.
   2. Click “Finish” to finish claiming CME.
   3. The certificate will immediately be available to print, or save to your computer.
